Our first thematic meeting discussed the topic TEXT and took place as web conference on 04/10/21 and 06/10/21. This meeting was organized by our network members Luise Borek and Katharina Zeppezauer-Wachauer. Present as guests were Tara Andrews and Andreas Kuczera. Tara Andrews provided an interesting video on the subject “How might we make data collections more useful for medieval historians?” for later discussion. Andreas Kuczera presented the wide possibilities of wikidata-queries via NEO4j based on the Lord of the rings-triology. Furthermore, Max Grüntgens and Christopher Pollin, two of our network members, held a workshop on “Evaluation of data transformation scenarios for RDF”.
